🎓 Eligibility Criteria (As on 30.06.2026)
Educational Qualification
- Generalists: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Agriculture, Data Science, etc.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Hindi Officers: Master’s Degree from a recognized university with Hindi/English combination as specified in the official notification, with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Computer Literacy: Working knowledge of computers is mandatory for all posts.
Age Limit (As on 30.06.2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (Candidates born between 30.06.1996 and 30.06.2005 inclusive)
Upper Age Relaxation
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years
- Existing Confirmed Employees of PSU General Insurance Companies: 8 Years
💰 Pay Scale & Pay Package
Selected candidates will be placed on basic pay in the scale of ₹82,485 – ₹1,56,745.
- Gross Emoluments: Approximately ₹1,10,000 per month at metropolitan cities (inclusive of Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, etc.).
- Other Benefits: Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, National Pension System (NPS), and leased accommodation as per company rules.
- Service Guarantee Bond: Selected candidates must complete a 1-year probation period and execute a bond to serve the company for a minimum of 5 years.

📝 Selection Procedure
- Tier-I: Preliminary Examination (Online Objective, 100 Marks)
- English Language (30 Questions / 30 Marks)
- Reasoning Ability (35 Questions / 35 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude (35 Questions / 35 Marks)
- Duration: 60 minutes (Qualifying in nature).
- Tier-II: Main Examination (Online Objective + Descriptive Test)
- Generalists: 250 Marks (Objective Test covering Reasoning, English, Quant, General Awareness with financial sector focus, and Computer Knowledge + Descriptive English Test).
- Hindi Officers: 250 Marks (Objective + Descriptive tests in English/Hindi and translation).
- Interview: Candidates qualifying in the Main Examination will be called for an interview up to 3 times the number of vacancies.
- Final Weightage: Main Objective Test Marks and Interview Marks in the ratio of 75:25.
