DGM / DVP (Pharma Retail): B.Pharm / B.Tech with MBA (Marketing/Operations) + 12 years (for DGM) or 15 years (for DVP) experience in pharma retail.
DGM (IT): B.E. / B.Tech in CS/IT/Software Engineering + 12 years experience in IT strategy, ERP/SAP, cloud, and cybersecurity.
DVP / AVP (HR): MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) + 15 years (DVP) or 18 years (AVP) experience.
DVP (Secretarial): ACS (Associate Company Secretary) qualification + 15 years experience in secretarial and corporate governance functions.
AVP (Civil): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA desirable) + 18 years in project & construction management.
AVP (Finance) / VP & CFO: Qualified CA or CMA + 18 years experience (for AVP) or 20 years (for VP & CFO).
