- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Officer in a Scheduled Public/Private Sector Bank (at least 2 years in Branch Banking).
- Manager / Sr. Manager (IT & Cyber Security Streams):
- Age: 22–38 years (varies per post scale)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (CS, IT, ECE, E&I) or MCA/M.Sc (IT/CS) with mandatory domain-specific certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CCNA, OCA/OCP where applicable).
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields/banking environments.
- Manager / Sr. Manager (Credit & Risk):
- Age: 23 to 35 years
- Qualification: Graduate with MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / CA / CMA / GARP / PRMIA.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in credit/risk operations in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Assistant Manager (Security – Post Code 14):
- Age: 30 to 45 years
- Qualification: Graduate degree with an IT/Computer course certification (min. 3 months).
