Detailed Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the post-wise eligibility conditions (age limit, educational qualifications, and work experience) measured as of July 31, 2026.
1. Agricultural Officer (Assistant Manager Grade)
- Tenure: Regular Basis
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / Degree in Agriculture with at least 50% marks. Candidates with specializations in Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, or Agricultural Engineering will receive extra preference.
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Commercial Bank, Regional Rural Bank (RRB), or financial institution.
2. Specialist Officer – Civil Engineer (Assistant Manager Grade)
- Tenure: Regular Basis
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing/overseeing civil engineering works. Candidates with prior work in banks or large corporate environments will be preferred.
3. Specialist Officer – Law (Manager Grade)
- Tenure: Regular Basis
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (BL / ML / LL.B / LL.M).
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of Bar practice experience OR at least 5 years of experience as an officer in the legal department of a Bank or Financial Institution.
4. Specialist Officer – Law (Assistant Manager Grade)
- Tenure: Regular Basis
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (BL / ML / LL.B / LL.M).
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience as an officer in the legal department of a Bank or Financial Institution.
5. Manager (Generalist)
- Tenure: Regular Basis
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university under the regular curriculum.
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager or an equivalent grade.
6. Security Officer
- Tenure: Contractual Basis (3 years, renewable up to an additional 2 years based on performance).
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university under the regular curriculum.
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of commissioned service in the Army / Navy / Air Force (minimum rank of Lieutenant or equivalent).
- OR Officers of equivalent rank in Paramilitary Forces.
- OR Police Department Officers (Inspector cadre and above) with a minimum of 15 years of service.
Pay Scale & Remuneration
- Agricultural Officer & Specialist Officer (Civil / Law – Junior Grade): Salary as applicable to the Assistant Manager cadre.
- Manager (Generalist) & Specialist Officer (Law – Senior Grade): Salary as applicable to the Manager cadre.
- Security Officer: Consolidated pay of ₹50,000 per month, along with conveyance and halting allowances applicable to the Senior Manager cadre.
Selection Process
The selection process is straightforward:
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their educational background and relevant experience.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Personal Interview conducted either in person or via Video Conferencing (VC).
- Note:No written examination will be conducted for these posts.
