Eligibility Criteria (Qualifications & Experience)

- Deputy Vice President (DVP Posts):
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Experience: Min. 12 years of overall relevant post-qualification experience in BFSI IT / Information Security / Cyber Security domains.
- Deputy Manager (AI, IT Security, Cyber Security):
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc in CS, Data Science & AI, Software Engineering, IT, or Electronics (Min. 50% for Bachelor’s).
- Experience: Min. 4 years of post-qualification IT / Cyber Security / AI / ML experience.
- Manager (HR – Manpower Planning & L&D):
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM or equivalent specializing in HR / HRM / HRD.
- Experience: Min. 6 years of post-basic HR / Training experience (preferably in IT or BFSI IT vertical).
- Dy. CTO & VP (Enterprise Architecture):
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate or MCA (TOGAF Certification compulsory).
- Experience: Min. 18 years (for Dy. CTO) / 15 years (for VP) overall IT experience in regulated financial services with senior leadership & architectural function background.
Selection Process
The selection for all Specialist Cadre Officer posts consists of two stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their profile, relevant qualifications, and experience parameters set by the Bank’s committee.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an Interview (100 Marks).
- CTC Negotiation: Applicable for contractual posts prior to final posting.
