Qualification Requirements
Non-Executive (Junior Technician Posts 01–13)
Qualification: NTC/NAC (National Trade Certificate / National Apprenticeship Certificate) issued by NCVT in the relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Machinist, Electrician, Welder, Electronic Mechanic, etc.).
Executive Posts (Posts 14–36)
Engineering Disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, IT): B.E. / B.Tech in the respective branch or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute.
Human Resources (HR): Graduation with MBA (HR) or 2-year Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR / PM & IR / Social Work / Social Welfare.
Finance & Accounts: Commerce/Economics Graduation with MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or 2-year PG Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounts.
Company Secretary: Graduate Degree + ICSI Associate/Fellow Membership.
Official Language: Graduation with M.A. in Hindi / Hindi Translation or 1-year Diploma in Hindi Translation.
PR & Corporate Communications: PG Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication.
Selection Process
Screening / Shortlisting: Based on essential educational qualifications, relevant experience, and credentials submitted in the application.
Trade Test / Practical Test (For Non-Executive): Verification of technical trade skills.
Interview / Assessment (For Executive Posts): Personal interview or interactive evaluation conducted by AVNL selection boards.
Document Verification & Medical Fitness Test: Final validation of certificates and health assessment prior to appointment.
