💰 Salary, Training Stipend & CTC
- During Training Period (1 Year): Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year training period and receive a consolidated stipend of ₹34,200/- per month.
- Upon Regular Absorption (W-3 Grade): On successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Tradesman in the Pay Scale of ₹22,000 – ₹88,000/- (Basic pay starts at ₹22,000/- with HRA, Industrial DA, perks, medical facilities, superannuation benefits, etc.).
- Approximate CTC: Approximately ₹6.5 Lakhs per annum (varies depending on place of posting)
⏰ Age Limit (As on 13.11.2026)
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years as on the closing date of application.
- Age Relaxations:
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- PwBD: Up to 10–15 years depending on category

💳 Application Fee

📝 Selection Procedure
The selection process comprises the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): A 2-hour objective test (bilingual in Hindi & English) consisting of two sections:
- Section-I: 100 Multiple Choice Questions on Professional Knowledge in the relevant trade/discipline.
- Section-II: 50 Multiple Choice Questions on General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and English.
- (Note: Each correct answer carries 1 mark; no negative marking for wrong answers).
- Skill Test (Trade Test / Computer Proficiency Test): Shortlisted candidates in a 1:5 ratio will be called for a qualifying skill test
- Document Verification (DV): Conducted prior to the issuance of formal appointment offers.
