Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Foreman (Chemical / Civil / Instrumentation): 3-year Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Junior Superintendent (HR): Bachelor’s Degree with a Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (minimum 50% marks in each) along with computer proficiency.
- Operator (Chemical) / Trainee: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (minimum 50% marks) OR B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry (minimum 50% marks).
- Technician (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical) / Trainee: Matriculation plus ITI / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade.
- Accounts Assistant Trainee: B.Com. with minimum 50% marks, typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English on computer, and computer operational proficiency.
Age Limit & Upper Age Relaxations
- Foreman & Junior Superintendent: Upper age limit is 32 years.
- Operator, Technician & Trainee Posts: Upper age limit is 30 years.
- Cut-off Date: Age limit and post-qualification experience are calculated as of 09.10.2026.
Pay Scale & Stipend
- Grade S-5 (Foreman, Jr. Superintendent): ₹28,500 – ₹86,570/- per month.
- Grade S-3 (Operator, Technician – Regular): ₹25,000 – ₹81,430/- per month.
- Trainee Positions (S-3): Monthly stipend of ₹21,000/- during the training period.
- Allowances: Basic Pay plus Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), perquisites @ 35% of basic pay, North-East Allowance @ 10% (if posted in North-East region), HRA, medical facilities, and post-retirement benefits as per company rules.
