RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 326 Graduate, Technician & Trade Apprentice Posts

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has released an official recruitment notification for the engagement of 326 Apprentices for the year 2026–27 under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Stipend & Benefits

Apprentices receive a monthly consolidated stipend as per BOAT / Apprenticeship guidelines:

• Graduate Apprentices: ₹17,300 per month (₹11,150 paid by RCF + ₹6,150 paid by BOAT)
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: ₹15,900 per month (₹10,450 paid by RCF + ₹5,450 paid by BOAT)
• Trade Apprentices (B.Sc Trades): ₹17,300 per month
• Trade Apprentices (12th Class Trades): ₹14,600 per month

Additional Benefits Provided by RCF

• Subsidized Food: Free morning breakfast, tea, and vegetarian lunch thali at the RCF canteen during training hours.
• Medical Cover: OPD medical treatment at RCF Hospitals for the apprentice.
• Safety Gear: Free uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as of September 1, 2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Upper Age: 25 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST Candidates: Relaxation up to 5 years
• OBC (NCL) Candidates: Relaxation up to 3 years
• PwBD Candidates: Relaxation up to 10 years
• 1984 Riot Victims’ Children/Dependents: Relaxation up to 5 years

Educational Qualification & Important Conditions

1. Qualifications must be obtained through regular full-time courses from a recognized University or Institute. Distance, part-time, or correspondence courses are not eligible.
2. The passing certificate or final marksheet must be dated on or after July 1, 2023.
3. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship, have 1 year or more of job experience, or are currently pursuing higher studies are ineligible.

Selection Process

1. Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates will be selected based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying exam specified for each trade/discipline.
2. Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted applicants will be called for physical document verification.
3. Apprenticeship Portal Registration & Contract: Final joining is subject to successful approval of the Apprenticeship Contract on the NATS or NAPS portal.

• Trade Apprentices: Register on the NAPS Portal (Apprenticeship India).
• Graduate & Diploma Apprentices: Register on the NATS Portal.

Go to www.rcfltd.com, navigate to the Recruitment section, and select “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES – 2026-27”.

3.Fill Out the Application Form:

Click on “Apply Online”, accept the terms, and fill in your personal, academic, and category details. Select your preferred training location (Trombay or Thal).

4.Upload Required Documents:

Upload the required scanned files:
