ITBP CAPF Medical Officer Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 282 Group ‘A’ Posts
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), through the Central Armed Police Forces Medical Officer Selection Board-2025 (MOSB-2025) administered by the Directorate General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), has officially released the recruitment notification for 282 Group ‘A’ Medical Officer vacancies.
Online applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals (Male & Female) to join various Central Armed Police Forces (BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB) and Assam Rifles.

Selected officers are entitled to Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Transport Allowance, and coverage under the Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP) scheme for career growth.
Selection Process
Selection will be made through a multi-tier assessment process conducted by the CAPF Medical Officer Selection Board:
- Document Verification: Validation of certificates, experience, and council registration.
- Interview / Viva-Voce: Evaluates professional competence and suitability (200 Marks).
- Physical Standard Test (PST): Verification of physical measurement benchmarks.
- Medical Examination Test (MET): Medical fitness test as per CAPF standards.

Upload scanned copies of recent passport photograph, signature, MBBS/PG degree certificates, internship completion certificate, and category certificate.
