🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale.
- Course must have been completed within the standard minimum duration.
- Proficiency in the use of computers.
- Junior Personal Assistant (JPA) / Stenographer:
- Graduation with 60% marks or 6.32 CGPA, OR
- Diploma in Commercial / Secretarial Practice with 60% marks + 1 year of experience as a Steno-Typist / Stenographer.
- Minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Shorthand/Stenography.
- Proficiency in the use of computers.
⚠️ Important CGPA Rule: CGPA-to-percentage conversion is not permitted to determine eligibility. The raw CGPA or percentage as declared on the official mark sheet must meet the 60% / 6.32 CGPA threshold.
2. Age Limit (As on 16/08/2026)
- General / Unreserved (UR): Up to 28 years
- OBC: Up to 31 years
- SC / ST: Up to 33 years
(Age relaxations also apply to Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Government employees, and eligible women categories as per Central Govt rules.)
💰 Salary & Compensation
Selected candidates will be placed at Pay Matrix Level 4 with an initial basic pay of ₹25,500 per month.
In addition to Basic Pay, employees receive:
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) or official quarters
- Transport Allowance
- New Pension Scheme (NPS) benefits
- Medical coverage for self and dependents
- Canteen subsidies, LTC, and Group Insurance
💳 Processing Fee & Refund Structure
- Initial Payment for All Candidates: ₹500 (Uniform processing fee paid at application time).
- Actual Application Fee: ₹100.
Refund Rules (Mandatory to appear in Written Test):
- Women / SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen Candidates: Full refund of ₹500 upon appearing in the exam.
- All Other Candidates: Refund of ₹400 (Net fee retained = ₹100) upon appearing in the exam.
📝 Selection Process
- Written Test: Objective-type examination testing general knowledge, English, arithmetic, and reasoning.
- Skill / Speed Test: Required for JPA/Stenographer (Stenography test) and computer literacy verification.
