Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the post of Junior Clerk/Copyist, the applicant must fulfill the following conditions:

1. Educational & Technical Qualifications

• Must have passed at least a +3 examination (Bachelor’s Degree) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Must have passed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) or Computer Science from a recognized institute.

2. Language Proficiency

• The candidate must be able to speak, read, and write in Odia.
• Must have passed a test in the Odia language equivalent to the M.E. (Middle English) Standard.

3. Other General Conditions

• Must be of good character.
• Must have good mental condition, sound health, and be free from any physical defects likely to interfere with the discharge of duties.
• Must not have more than one spouse living (if married).
