SBI SCO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.05.2025)

1. Educational Qualification

• VP Wealth (SRM):

  • Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized University/Institution.

  • Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA.

• AVP Wealth (RM):

  • Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized University/Institution.

  • Preferred: Post-graduation in Finance/Marketing/Banking.

• Customer Relationship Executive:

  • Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized University/Institution.

  • Specific Requirement: Valid two-wheeler driving license.

  • Preferred: Experience in documentation of financial products.

2. Experience

• VP Wealth (SRM): Minimum 6 years of experience in sales & marketing with Banks/Wealth Management Firms/AMCs.

• AVP Wealth (RM): Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in Wealth Management.

• Customer Relationship Executive: Experience in financial product documentation is preferred.

3. Age Limit

• VP Wealth (SRM): 26 – 42 Years

• AVP Wealth (RM): 23 – 35 Years

• Customer Relationship Executive: 20 – 35 Years

• (Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per GOI guidelines)

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the application and eligibility.

2. Interview: 100 Marks.

3. Merit List: Prepared solely on the basis of interview scores.

   • Note: There is no written examination.
