Eligibility Criteria

​To be eligible for these volunteer positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India and a local resident of the Angul Sub-division.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as of March 19, 2026.
  • Educational Qualification: Must be literate, with a preference for those who have completed Matriculation (10th Pass) or higher.
  • Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia fluently.
  • Character: Must be of good moral character with no criminal record.
