The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Recruitment 2026 for Group B and Group C posts including Amin, Junior Fisheries Extension Assistant, and Junior Forensic Attendant.

  • Junior Forensic Attendant: 94 Posts

  • Amin (under EIC, Water Resources): 15 Posts

  • Junior Fisheries Extension Assistant: 15 Posts

  • Total Vacancies: 124

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Amin: +2 Arts/Science/Commerce with a certificate in basic Computer Application.

    • Junior Fisheries Extension Assistant: +2 Vocational (Fisheries) or +2 Science. Candidates must know how to swim.

    • Junior Forensic Attendant: +2 Science from a recognized board.

  • Age Limit (as of 01/01/2025): 21 to 42 years (Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. rules).

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on a multi-stage process:

  1. Preliminary Examination

  2. Main Written Examination

  3. Practical/Skill Test (if applicable)

  4. Document Verification
